In the description for this video? “Let’s stay classy and be nice. If you have nothing nice to say, don’t say it at all.”
So while she’s preaching on her YouTube video that people should keep their mouths closed if they can’t say anything nice, her fans are leaving messages like “You know, I logged on just to tell you, you’re a moron and I hope you put micro beads on your eyes.” and “get lost bitch” in response to people who aren’t kissing Michelle’s butt.
Of course, Michelle’s conveniently ignoring it.

I can't stand people like you! want to know why? Because people like you are obsessed to find little mistakes in other people and blame them for it~ Anyway, if you hate Michelle Phan, why do you watch her videos?! Why do you post things like that? 1. I’ve watched a staggering 3 of her videos, one of them because Jen was in it and I cared more about Jen. I don’t watch them because I can’t stand her.
2. I don’t give a hoot how many fans she has. Just like they have the right to drool all over the ground she walks on, I have the right to say, on my own tumblr, that I think she’s fake and isn’t the makeup goddess people claim her to be.
3. If you don’t get me, why do you keep coming back to my tumblr to tell me off?
4. I can’t stand people like you, because they’re so blind in their adoration of others that they refuse to believe that anyone who says anything negative about someone they adore might actually be entitled to that opinion, much less might actually be making a point.

It's her decision to color her hair like this and come on, I mean everyone has a bad hair day! Just because she's a famous make-up guru doesn't mean that she has to be perfect,right? Imagine that someone writes a comment about your video that you're looking unhygienic in it or sth like this~ Don't tell me that this is not rude! It's exactly the same what you've done! (Sorry for my bad english)
1. I shower before making videos, and I don’t even make mine in HD, nor am I a YouTube partner.
2. I have had people say even worse things about my videos. And you know what, if I couldn’t be arsed to spend 15 minutes in the shower before turning my camera on, I would expect people to comment on that.
3. Having a bad hair day and being too lazy to wash your dirty, greasy hair is two different things.
4. Since everyone’s so upset that I said something negative about Michelle Phan’s appearance, how about this: her videos are contrived bollocks, she obviously pimps out products for Lancome to keep her paycheck from them, and her own little line that she released wasn’t even FDA approved, hence her having to jump ship on it.

2. The complaint about her hair, I said she was Vietnamese to make a point. Her hair was dirty in that video and looked like crap. I mean, I didn’t even take the obvious stab at her inch of black roots looking trashy as heck.
3. I have no reason to be jealous of some chick who lied about her childhood, financial standing, family, interests, et cetera online to get attention. (Protip: don’t post tons of pictures online of your life and then claim the opposite of those photos a few years later.)
4. Take a look at my account for more than 3 seconds and tell me I’m racist. P.S. I have a thing for Asians, so yeah, kind of the opposite.
